Oscar Isberian Rugs Featured In Three “Design 9” Award-Winning Spaces

The latest issue of Modern Luxury Interiors Chicago has announced the results of their inaugural Design 9 Awards, a new competition showcasing the creativity, innovation, and expertise defining the contemporary milieu of our city’s interior design and landscape architecture.

Receiving over 150 submissions from visionaries all over Chicagoland, a panel of judges awarded recipients across nine distinctive categories of space. It is our esteemed pleasure to share a third of those winners featured Oscar Isberian rugs within their individual designs.

The recipient of “Best Lake House,” Lowell Custom Homes and partners constructed an airy abode on the shores of Lake Geneva. Accenting its spacious interior with a neutral palette, refined textures, and natural elements, their team co-crafted a true haven of relaxation.

The recipient of “Best Vertical Living,” Michael Abrams Interiors and partners transformed a residence with potential to the height of Gold Coast glamour. Pairing contemporary fixtures with classic details, their designers welcomed a new era of inspired yet timelessly elegant style into the space.

The recipient of “Best Family Residence,” DGI Design x Build and partners highlighted the distinction between house and home while furnishing a single-family property. Balancing functional needs with an emphasis on personal flair, their collaborators created a space that flowed with ease, vivid colors, and familiar comforts.
