Richard brings over 40 years of experience and expertise to Oscar Isberian Rugs, having worked at Watson Smith / V’soske, Stark Carpet, and J.D.Staron / Brunschwig. He is well versed in all aspects of carpeting specializing in custom design, development, and manufacturing making him the perfect fit for his new role as Director of Custom Carpets and Rugs.
