Oscar Isberian Rugs Featured in Luxe Interiors + Design: Lake Effect on the Shores of Lake Michigan
Set along the shores of Lake Michigan, this striking modern residence featured in Luxe Interiors + Design reflects a thoughtful balance of architecture, interior design, and natural surroundings. Designed by architect Celeste Robbins and interior designer Andrea Goldman, the home was created to embrace the landscape while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyday living and large family gatherings.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame expansive lake views throughout the home, allowing natural light to move effortlessly through the interiors. Organic textures, layered materials, and soft neutral tones create a sense of calm sophistication, while carefully selected furnishings and custom details add warmth and personality to the space.
Oscar Isberian Rugs was honored to contribute a custom rug designed specifically for the residence. The understated design complements the home’s modern architecture and natural palette while helping ground the living spaces with texture and comfort. Throughout the project, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create interiors that feel timeless, livable, and deeply connected to the surrounding environment.
The result is a refined lakefront home that blends contemporary design with relaxed comfort, creating spaces that feel equally suited for quiet mornings by the water or large gatherings with family and friends.
