Oscar Isberian Rugs will again be a part of DIFFA Dining by Design. DIFFA Chicago will host its 10th annual Dining by Design at the Merchandise Mart. DIFFA brings together a talented and intriguing cast of multi-design disciplines to create 3-dimensional dining installations that will put a spotlight on stylish and outrageous trends in design in an effort to raise money to support Chicago area HIV/AIDS service agencies.
