Oscar Isberian Rugs will host “The History of Paint,” an ASID Illinois Industry Partner CEU Event, Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. This Industry Partner Forum will feature a CEU presentation on “The History of Paint in America,” given by Mario Guertin, owner of Painting in Partnership, (www.paintpartner.com). Mario will explain how paint has helped meet the most basic human needs since the early days of cavemen, evolving from the early American Colonial experience through the Industrial Revolution to become “paint in a can”, as we know it today. The presentation is rich with pictures and historical anecdotes. Light dinner will be served. 0.1 CEU credits will be available for all Interior Designers attending the presentation.
